Dr. Bridget Labus is a Doctor of Chiropractic and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach in Walworth County, Wisconsin. She is the founder of Bridge Health and Wellness, a practice devoted to gentle chiropractic care with a special focus on women’s health and age-related musculoskeletal changes.
Bridget integrates chiropractic care with an evidence-based coaching framework to support physical resilience and emotional well-being. Her approach is especially suited for mature adults and those with chronic pain, surgical histories, spinal fusions, or connective tissue disorders such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Dr. Labus earned her doctorate with honors from Life West Chiropractic College in California and received her Health and Wellness Coach training from the Mayo Clinic. She is also trained in Strain Counterstrain therapy and soft tissue modalities, including cupping and instrument-assisted techniques. Prior to chiropractic, Dr. Labus spent two decades as a chef and hospitality leader in San Francisco, where she co-founded an award-winning dessert boutique and led culinary programs at luxury hotels. Her early career shaped her understanding of high-performance environments and the toll they can take on the body—an insight that continues to inform her care for professionals, creatives, and caregivers alike.
